The following should be submitted with the application form:
- A brief (500 words max) personal statement describing your interest in the program and familiarity with the contemporary art field.
- A brief (100 words max) exhibition review you have recently visited.
- A Curriculum Vitae.
** Completing this application does not imply acceptance to the program. All personal data that is collected is confidential.

PROCEDURE
Once your application is accepted, you will receive information regarding methods of payment. The amount of the fee is €1500 plus the registration fee of €330 to secure your place in the program.
- DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE: To formalise your enrolment upon acceptance, you will be asked to make an initial registration payment of €330.
*Once registration payment is received, we will forward you a receipt confirming the registration to the course. - Deadline to pay the remaining amount €1500 (after paying the registration fee): 4 April 2025.
- The fees can be paid through bank transfer. Account details will be handed once application is positively received and accepted.
- Once full payment has been made, a copy of the bank transfer must be sent by email to info@venicecuratorialcourse.com in order to complete enrolment.
*Once full payment of the fee has been made, we will forward a receipt confirming full enrolment to the course. - In case of inactivation of the course, due to an insufficient number of participants, or organisational reasons, Venice Curatorial Course will provide an entire fee refund.
*Due to Covid-19 related reasons, full refund will be made in case of inactivation of the course.

- Venice Curatorial Course offers free advice and guidance to find and manage the trip to Venice and accommodation in the city.
- Students are entitled to receive certification of assistance upon compliance of minimum 30% of lectures.
- Students will be able to enjoy discounts, promotions and activities organised and proposed in the future by Venice Curatorial Course.
- Venice Curatorial Course will provide entire fee refund in case of inactivation of the course, due to an insufficient number of participants, organisational reasons or due to Covid-19 related reasons.
- Venice Curatorial Course does not cover individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason, including cancellations or postponement of the course, nor for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings. We strongly recommend getting personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, medical expenses, personal possessions and any kind of accident. Insurance is responsibility of each individual and participant of the course.
- Venice Curatorial Course does not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by participants in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters.
- Venice Curatorial Course reserves the right to expel from the course students who do not meet the minimum behaviour requirements. In this case, the amount paid for the course will not be refunded.
People responsible for any damage will be charged in full for any damage caused due to inappropriate attitude or activities. - Costs of external visits to exhibitions or institutions, as well as transportation, will be supported by the student.
- Payment of the Course fee implies acceptance of the schedules, program, terms and conditions of the Course.
